What is our shipping policy?
Shipping and packaging is free within the USA, except Alaska. We will work with our international and Alaskan collectors for the best shipping rate possible, we give a $50 credit towards their shipping cost when their total order is over $400. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
We ship our stretched and framed art using Fed Ex 2 day shipping. Most rolled canvases are shipped using USPS, the United States Post Office.
Our boxes are carefully designed to protect your frames and art while in transit. We use double walled (extra strong) cardboard and high quality packaging materials.
How long will my art take to arrive?
If you purchase an "IN STOCK" work of art we can ship it straight away because it is already made. We usually ship on Tuesday's using Fed Ex 2 day shipping with delivery on Thursday's (for USA mainland and Hawaii customers). I will email you regarding shipping if you are an international or Alaskan collector.
If you are ordering a piece please realize it is a hand made, premium quality work of art which takes time to make. Kindly allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. All our art and frames are made by Daryl Millard.
What is our return, refund or exchange policy?
All sales are final. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our policy.
Is online ordering safe?
Your credit card transactions are safe. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is used which encrypts your credit card information. The industry standard encryption technologies are used when transferring and receiving data.

What is an original work or art?
An original work of art is made by hand by Daryl Millard using oil paints, there is only one original work of art.
What is a limited edition?
A limited edition is a reproduction of an original that is limited in quantity, meaning there are only a certain number/amount made. They will sell out. All our limited editions are made by Daryl Millard, they're all numbered and signed by him and come with a certificate of authenticity.
The amount of images made depends on the size of the edition, the lowest edition we have is 30, the average is 95 - 190. The size of the edition is set and will not change, regardless of the size (of art) you order or the medium you order it on, for example paper or canvas. There is only one run (edition) per image. We guarantee the size of our editions 100%. Daryl makes all of his art: originals, limited and open editions and frames.
What is an open edition?
An open edition is a reproduction of an original that is not limited in quantity, meaning there is an unlimited amount that can be made and they are not enhanced. This is why they are priced lower than limited editions. Daryl makes all of his art and frames.
Will my art be enhanced?
Our stretched canvas limited editions are enhanced by Daryl and so are our framed limited editions. This means he paints on top of every one with texture to give them the look of an original, they are all UV coated as well.
How do I care for my art?
Hang your artwork in a location that offers protection from the damaging effects of heat, moisture and light. Hang your artwork out of the line of direct sunlight. Gently dust your artwork as needed.
Will the frames be exactly the same as seen?
All our wood frames are made with real woods and will have slight variances in the grain and color.
What if my order arrives damaged?
All art is insured while in transit. Unless specified all shipments require a signature as proof of delivery.
If your art work arrives damaged please let me know within 3 business days. Follow the instructions below.
1. Take a digital photo of the damaged art or frame as well as the box if it was damaged too. Keep all packaging material.
2. Send these photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the Fed Ex tracking number and gallery invoice number if possible, include the name on the order, item name and a brief description of the art.
You will receive an email with in 1-3 business days to let you know your replacement is being processed.
